Cloud maturity has an important role here. If each BU is already experienced and mature in the cloud, a centralized team could slow them down substantially. If your customers are already self-sufficient, there’s no need to disrupt what they’re doing.

Like the other models, it too has its advantages and disadvantages (see Table 5-2).
